I know, I know…not those kind of tools. But given that we live full time in an RV, I’ve also accumulated a list of top 5 tools I need to have on hand to be my own super. I’ll keep that post for another day. 😀
After two decades of being a research nerd and systems obsessed, I have tested and tried out just a few tools (read: hundreds). I also suffer from FOBO (see article below), which just further complicates things.
Want to save two decades of research time and your own FOBO? Yep. You’re welcome.
Here are my top recommendations, in no particular order:
Smarterqueue - the best all around social media scheduler, evergreen set and forget it, content curation, categories, analytics, easy pause buttons, allll the things you need to make social media easy and fun instead of a chore all for less than $30 a month
Note: this is an affiliate link, but you get 30 days free instead of 2 weeks and I make a few dollars. Win-win.
Notion - a blank slate you can use to organize everything from recipes to content creation to household projects to launch plans and everything in between, I adore having literally everything in my brain in one place
Sunsama - my daily sanity saver in task planning and crossing finish lines, makes task planning and execution feel zen and happy and who doesn’t want that?
GCal for Google Calendar - no more needing to open an internet tab to check calendar, saves me so much time and on the list of “why didn’t I download this months ago??”
I know, the list is supposed to stop at 4, but I feel like you’re gonna ask what I use for project management so if you are looking for a project management tool? My top choice is Asana. I stopped using it when I moved my project plans into Notion, but it’s a winner.
That’s it. That’s the list. I can run our entire life and biz in those 4 tools.
Have a favorite tool? Why is it your favorite? Have questions about any of my top picks? Leave a comment. For real. I love to talk tools.
